BurWil Construction Company Website
Hold onto your hard hats because I’m not just breaking ground — BurWil’s brand-new website is already complete and ready for exploration! BurWil has been investing in our community through innovative construction and renovation of our region’s landmarks. When I met with them initially, they showed me how their website’s code had been broken for years, how it was cumbersome to add new projects, and they told me their contracted web designer was MIA. They were stuck with a website that didn’t work and that they couldn’t even update!
A blueprint for success
We ditched the complicated code and opted for a route that would allow BurWil to showcase their projects without worrying about website meltdowns: the built-in functionality offered through Squarespace. Less fuss, more focus on what matters!
Every element was thoughtfully designed to reflect their brand identity and lead viewers through a journey, without sacrificing performance or stability. In just a few weeks, we had a brand new website that empowered them to effortlessly manage their content without the worry of their website breaking and without need for constant maintenance. Now, their website is modern, stylish, and built to last - just like their construction projects.
A focus on showcasing projects
A streamlined approach of using summary blocks throughout their website simplifies the process of keeping it current and engaging with their newest projects. Summary blocks eliminate the need for manual updates across multiple sections and pages! By automatically sourcing content from their collection of projects, any new projects are seamlessly integrated into the corresponding summary blocks across their website, filtered by category (such as Hospitality or K-12 Education). Additionally, when adding a new project, they can simply check a box to mark the project as Featured, and it will instantly appear on the homepage.
